Delivery Information

Thinking of placing an order with us? Our dispatch team do their best to make sure everyone gets their Avoca treasures as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Please see below for details on *estimated delivery times. 

We deliver from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays). For all orders placed after 2 pm, they will be collected by the courier the following *day. *Weekdays only. 

Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. 

Our couriers reserve the right to leave a parcel with a neighbour or concierge to ensure parcels are not returned to Avoca by couriers due to the recipient not being home. 

Our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes due to size and security restrictions. 

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates 

Estimated delivery dates and charges will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery estimates provided by your selected courier. 

We aim to dispatch all orders to our courier partners within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. During busy periods, including Christmas, Black Friday and Sale events, dispatch times may take an additional 3–4 working days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey. 

*All delivery days are estimates based on our current delivery success rates. 

*Heavy-weight/bulky items may incur a higher shipping charge. 

Click & Collect Orders 

It's free to collect in-store. Click & Collect orders are typically ready for collection within 1–3 hours of order confirmation during store opening hours.  

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.  

Orders placed outside store opening hours will be prepared on the next trading day. 

Orders will be held for collection for up to 7 days from the date you receive your collection notification. If not collected, we will return all items to the store's stock, and a refund will be issued. 

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of photo identification when collecting your order.  

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they must present the order confirmation and proof of identity. 

Select products are excluded from Click & Collect (Avoca Gift Cards & Hamper Collection). 

Online pricing and promotions apply to Click & Collect orders placed through Avoca.com, however, select promotions may be online exclusive (e.g. Black Friday). If a promotion is online exclusive, we will restrict the product from Click & Collect during the duration of the promotion.   

International Orders (Duties & Taxes Included at Checkout)

We're pleased to offer Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for international orders. 

This means any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes and fees for your destination country will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You'll pay these charges when placing your order, so there are no unexpected customs bills or courier charges on delivery. 

This makes sending gifts internationally much easier, as recipients won't be contacted by the courier to pay additional import fees before receiving their parcel. 

Please note that duties and taxes are calculated based on the destination country and the contents of your order. 

The shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and courier options. Any applicable duties, taxes, and import charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed. 

For eligible international destinations, applicable duties, customs charges, taxes and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. 

This means you will see the full landed cost of your order before completing your purchase, and your recipient should not be required to pay additional customs or import charges upon delivery. 

In some circumstances, customs authorities may require additional information before releasing a shipment. If this occurs, the courier will contact the recipient directly. 

Any returns from countries outside the European Union (EU) may incur return shipping costs and associated customs or import charges where applicable. These costs remain the responsibility of the sender or the person returning the goods. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
