A haven of rare beauty and tranquillity, Mount Usher Gardens was named by Monty Don as one of his favourite gardens in the world. You’ll love its relaxed informality and natural layout. Mount Usher Gardens welcomes self-guided tours or guided group tours of our gardens throughout the year.

The food market at Avoca Mount Usher is home to a gourmet deli and bakery with freshly baked bread, scones and cakes, as well as an abundance of artisanal foods from near and far. There are delicious quiches, tartlets, salads and sandwiches available at the deli counter, so you can enjoy lunch or a snack while on a visit to the gardens. There is also a range of our homemade Grab & Go meals, so you can choose a tasty Avoca meal to take home with you.

Located in one of Ireland’s most cherished botanical destinations, the Garden Centre at Mount Usher have been lovingly curated to offer a truly magical experience for plant lovers, nature enthusiasts, and curious wanderers alike.
