Avoca is Coming to Paris!

Maison & Objet 2026

Paris is calling! This September, Avoca is heading to Maison & Objet, one of the world’s leading international events for interiors, design and lifestyle, to share the next chapter of our 300-year weaving story.

Have You Heard of Maison & Objet? You may not have heard of Maison & Objet, but in the world of interiors and design, it’s a pretty big deal. Held twice a year in Paris, it brings together leading designers, brands, retailers and industry professionals from around the globe to discover new collections, ideas and emerging trends. While it’s exclusively a trade event, for Avoca it’s an exciting opportunity to bring our Wicklow Mill and Irish weaving heritage to an international audience, build new relationships and showcase how more than 300 years of craftsmanship continues to evolve today.

From Wicklow to Paris

For over 300 years, Avoca has been weaving colour into Irish life. This September, we’re bringing a little piece of our historic Wicklow Mill to Paris, where we’ll unveil an exciting new chapter in the Avoca story through three distinct woven collections: Heritage, 1723 and WARP.

Three Collections. A Fresh New Chapter.

Heritage Collection - The Past

A celebration of where we’ve come from.

Heritage delves into the Avoca archives, revisiting timeless designs from our past and bringing them back to life for a new generation. Reimagined with care and woven once again at our historic Mill in Avoca Village, the collection celebrates the patterns, colour and craftsmanship that have shaped our story.

1723 Collection - The Present

The Avoca you know and love today.

1723 captures our signature approach to colour, weaving and personality. Contemporary yet unmistakably Avoca, the collection celebrates beautiful woven pieces created at our Mill today, combining generations of craftsmanship with a fresh and joyful approach to design.

Warp Collection - The Future

A bold new expression of Avoca.

Playful, experimental and forward-looking, WARP explores unexpected ideas, new possibilities and a contemporary perspective on weaving. It’s a glimpse at where our creativity can take us next, while keeping craftsmanship, colour and our Wicklow Mill firmly at its heart.

From the Mill, to Wear

Our woven story goes beyond throws and blankets. We’ll also be bringing a curated selection of Avoca designs made to wear, including our much-loved Oak Coats, Oh My My Coats, Flock Jackets and Capes, showcasing our signature colour, texture and craftsmanship in pieces designed to be worn and loved.

Bringing our Irish weaving heritage to an international stage

Why Maison & Objet?

Avoca may have its roots firmly in County Wicklow, but Irish craft has a story worth sharing far beyond our shores. Taking part in Maison & Objet gives us the opportunity to introduce Avoca to retailers, designers and industry professionals from around the world, opening doors to new partnerships and helping our collections find their way into new stores, homes and wardrobes internationally.

For our customers here at home, it’s another exciting milestone in a story that began more than 300 years ago. The same Mill, the same passion for weaving and colour, but an Avoca that continues to create, experiment and look forward. We can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes us.

If you’re attending Maison & Objet as a trade professional, we’d love to welcome you to our stand, introduce you to our collections and explore opportunities to work together.
