Bold and expressive, Bedoba Saperavi is a striking red from the ancient winemaking heart of Georgia. Deep dark purple in colour, it opens with an intense, savoury-spicy bouquet of blackberries, wild herbs, violets and a touch of black pepper. The palate is rich and textured, with a creamy, juicy mouthfeel, ripe tannins and layers of dark fruit that linger beautifully. Crafted from the native Saperavi grape, it is ideal with grilled meats, hearty stews or aged cheeses.
